Lavalliere Crystalline Cosmetics is a well-known brand in high society, particularly for its gem-infused makeup & skincare products.The company is a subsidiary of the East Aldenard Trading Company and is based in Ul'dah.Beau is the heir to the Lavalliere family, despite not being related by blood to his father, an Elezen. He has two younger half-brothers who are of mixed Hyuran/Elezen descent.For all intents and purposes, Beau has lived a comfortable life as the "merchant prince" of the Lavalliere family.There was a time when he put aside his title to become a humble adventurer and help raise money for his family during a particular financial crisis. It was during this time he was truly free from the expectations put upon him as a noble, a time he truly cherishes.However, he has since then returned to his family to devote himself to the family trade. With his efforts, his family was able to turn their misfortune around and return to their place among the Ul'dahn elite.Beau's job within the company as a Senior Agent involves establishing, fostering, and managing connections between the Lavallieres and various clients around the world.Despite no longer being free to travel as he pleases, Beau still finds solace in travelling for work. Even so, wistful gazes toward the horizon tell of his ever-present wanderlust and desire to lay down his duties for good.

An elderly, yet hulking giant of a hyur who was once Beau’s trusted retainer. He has since then retired to his homeland of Ala Mhigo after its liberation.
Despite his general stoicism, Omran and Beau share a doting bond that has only grown more intimate with time. Beau makes a point to visit him whenever business takes him to Gyr Abania.— Lynell Blanchard —
A sprightly, delicate maiden who Beau befriended when he once recruited a Sharlayan professor to tutor him on Aetherology. Together they studied under this professor as peers, becoming quick friends in the process.
He relates to much of Lynell’s general personality, though the full extent of her naïveté concerns him at times. Whenever he has free time, Beau will arrange a visit to his best friend to hang out.— Aurelius Lyon —

Though he doesn’t know him very well, Beau finds himself infatuated by Osmund’s matured good looks and silver tongue. He is far too shy and mindful of his relationships with the others to do anything about those feelings, however.— Conrad Lefeuvre —
An Ishgardian mercenary in service of the Unwavering Wanderer, the two are acquaintances in passing. Though appreciative of his kind heart and vigor, Beau finds Conrad's lack of decorum rather boorish.
